Breakfast: Oats daliya with capsicum & carrot Mid-Meal: Green tea + seed mix Lunch: Jowar roti + cabbage or bhindi sabzi Dinner: Jowar daliya

Breakfast: Ragi appe + coconut/garlic chutney Mid-Meal: Minty apple salad Lunch: Ragi roti + green veg Dinner: Lauki methi curry

DAY 2 – Ragi & Methi

Breakfast: Jowar chilla + garlic chutney Mid-Meal: Badam chai + almonds Lunch: Egg curry or Ragi chilla + bhindi Dinner: Kuttu roti + bitter gourd (karela)  sabzi

DAY 3 – Garlic & Karela

Breakfast: Stuffed spinach & broccoli with ginger Mid-Meal: Matcha tea + makhana Lunch: Jowar roti + seasonal veg Dinner: Broccoli or veggie soup

DAY 4 – Spinach & Broccoli

Breakfast: Oats cheela + garlic chutney or curd Mid-Meal: Coconut water Lunch: Brown rice pulao Dinner: Grilled salmon + sautéed veggies or veg oats

DAY 5 – Oats & Sautéed Veggies

Breakfast: Methi/onion jowar roti + curd or chutney Mid-Meal: Bullet coffee Lunch: Buckwheat pasta or chila + seasonal veg Dinner: Moong dal khichdi

DAY 6 – Dal & Buckwheat

Breakfast: Oats cheela + mint chutney or curd Mid-Meal: Nuts smoothie Lunch: Meethi sabzi + bajra roti Dinner: Pumpkin veggie soup
