Balances water levels and supports kidney-bladder function. Touch the tip of the little finger to the thumb; keep the other fingers straight. Practice for 15–20 minutes daily.
Flushes out toxins and supports urinary elimination. Join the tip of the thumb with the middle and ring fingers; extend the rest. Do it twice a day for 10–15 minutes.
Boosts tissue healing and reduces inflammation. Touch the ring finger tip to the thumb tip while keeping other fingers relaxed. Practice after meals for 20 minutes.
Enhances immunity and calms the burning sensation. Wrap all fingers of one hand around the thumb of the other, forming a conch shape. Practice once daily during UTI discomfort.
Reduces swelling and water retention. Bend the little finger to touch the base of the thumb; gently press it with the thumb. Do it for 15 minutes, twice a day.
